At Elevation Church Resources, we want to ensure you have the best tools for your ministry; if you are not completely satisfied with your physical product purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital downloads and curriculum licenses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship Items Back
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please retain your tracking information until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit within 7-10 business days.
